Susan Usatine is a trial lawyer who understands how the Information Age has changed the way businesses handle high stakes disputes. Her presentation will consider electronically stored information in the bankruptcy context. Susan challenges the notion that ESI and e-discovery are litigators' problems and recommends that all bankruptcy professionals become e-savvy. The program will cover identification and preservation of ESI and key takeaways for bankruptcy professionals.
