Cancellation & Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursion(s) must be received by midnight on Thursday, May
22, 2025 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May
22, 2025 but substitutions will be allowed.

AIRA’s group room rate is $319 single/double, plus a resort fee of $30. To qualify for this group rate, your your reservation must be made by, May 12, 2025.
