Jordana Renert is a partner in the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice in the New York office of Arent Fox LLP.  Jordana has extensive experience in all aspects of financial restructurings, distressed situations, bankruptcy reorganization, municipality and liquidation proceedings.  Her practice involves representing committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, indenture trustees, bondholder and noteholder groups, DIP lenders and other entities in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.  Jordana has a broad range of restructuring experience across a number of industries including oil and gas; energy; mining and exploration; publishing; retail; and healthcare.  Over the last several years, Jordana has played a lead role in several significant corporate reorganizations including the chapter 11 cases of PG&E Corporation; R.E. Gas Development, LLC; Sabine Oil and Gas Corp.; SandRidge Energy, Inc.; Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation; SquareTwo Financial Services Corporation; and Cengage Learning Inc.   Prior to joining Arent Fox, Jordana was an associate at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher LLP.  Jordana received her B.A. from Cornell University and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School where she graduated magna cum laude.

Jordana is involved in organizations such as the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors where she currently serves as co-chair of the Financial Advisors’ Toolbox Program, American Bankruptcy Institute where she currently serves as co-chair of education for the Business Reorganization Committee, New York Institute of Credit and International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.  Additionally, Jordana participates in the Family Court Clinic Project, providing free legal consultations in Manhattan and Brooklyn Family Court relating to matters of child support, paternity, custody, visitation, guardianship, and family offense.  In Jordana’s free time she enjoys spending time with her five year old daughter.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 3 days prior to a webinar. Substitutions are allowed with written notice at least 3 days in advance of the webinar.
