Mr. Ordway has also served as a court–appointed examiner and a trustee, and has provided expert testimony concerning bankruptcy matters. |

Director | BRG Capstone William Russo specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory, crisis management services and transaction advisory services. He has advised constituencies including lenders in various turnaround situations, and has acted as financial advisor to companies and board of directors in troubled situations. Mr. Russo's turnaround advisory assignments have included strategic planning, cash–flow forecasting and cash management, business plan preparation and analysis and going–concern and liquidation valuation analyses. |

Refunds and Cancellations Policy—webinar: Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to a webinar are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given less than 3 days prior to a webinar; however, you may transfer your registration to another webinar within 1 year of the original webinar without penalty.
