The panel of professionals who have dealt with various aspects of grocery transactions and restructurings will discuss the trends in the industry leading to challenges to certain retailers and suppliers. Discussion topics will include the outlook for various formats and footprints of grocery retailers and how each type can address current market dynamics. Specific initiatives that can be pursued in the near term to improve profitability will also be part of the discussion.
