The US Trustee Program's Fee Guidelines applicable to attorneys in larger cases were issued in June 2013 after two comment periods and one public meeting. Similar guidelines for financial advisors and accountants are being developed and the US Trustee Program is interested in your thoughts.
This presentation will have a very brief overview of the existing Guidelines for attorneys and will center on a highly interactive discussion with the audience of the issues and concerns about future guidelines applicable to financial advisors and accountants. We will submit the recommendations and concerns developed to the US Trustee Program for consideration.
