Linda V. Donhauser is a principal at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. Ms. Donhauser’s practice encompasses primarily representation of non-debtor entities, including secured creditors, unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, commercial lenders and lender groups, and other interested parties in bankruptcy litigation and restructuring matters in a wide variety of industries and market sectors. She has more than 34 years of experience representing lenders and other creditors in all phases of the restructuring

process, both in and outside of bankruptcy cases. She also represents creditors and other parties in bankruptcy litigation and in enforcement proceedings, including receiverships and Article 9 secured party sales. Ms. Donhauser speaks regularly on topics involving bankruptcy, workouts, secured lending, lender liability, enforcement proceedings and diversity. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Chambers and Partners USA and Maryland Super Lawyers. Ms. Donhauser is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and served as co-chair of the ABI’s Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop from 2010- 2014 and currently serves on the Advisory Board. She also is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, Greater Maryland Network, where she previously served as co-chair of the Greater Maryland Network and as a member of the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District

of Maryland. Ms. Donhauser previously served as the chair of the firm’s Creditors' Rights and

Bankruptcy Practice Group and as a member of Miles & Stockbridge’s Board of Directors.
