Judge Michelle Harner was appointed as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Maryland in 2017. She previously lectured as a Professor of Law and served as the Director of the Business Law Program at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Judge Harner graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1995 and from Boston College in 1992.
