Wanya du Preez is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s M&A and Restructuring practice and a leader in the Cash and Working Capital Services offering. She has more than 17 years of professional experience in South Africa, USA, UK and Greece as well as over 8 years of restructuring experience. Her key focus areas are cash flow management, liquidity, working capital optimization, turnaround, financial restructuring and financial diligence. She has represented a number of client stakeholders in distressed situations as well as unlocked trapped cash for many corporate and private equity clients. Wanya is proficient in solving client problems through data analysis and visualization, for use in reporting, diagnostics, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ms. du Preez is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). She started her career in Audit and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). She serves as a member of the Board of the TMA Chesapeake Chapter.
