Matthew Dors is a Partner at international offshore firm Collas Crill and is based in the Cayman Islands. He specialises in high-value commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring.

Matthew has particular expertise in complex cross-border insolvencies and restructurings and regularly advises and represents liquidators, trustees, receivers,  foreign officeholders and stakeholders in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters.

Matthew's notable recent engagements have included advising the Cayman Islands Joint Official Liquidators (with U.S. Chapter 15 recognition) in relation to collapse of a New York based investment fund amidst allegations of fraud and criminal wrongdoing and advising the SEC-appointed Receiver and Cayman Joint Official Liquidators in relation to a California based firm alleged to have operated as a Ponzi Scheme.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 17, 2023, but substitutions will be allowed.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
