Patty Missal is currently the Managing Director at The Numbers Group, LLC, and has over thirty years of professional experience. The Numbers Group is a consulting firm focused on transitional financial management, forensic and financial advisory services. Her most recent engagements have included serving as CFO for large retail distribution company, interim CFO to a $75 Mn label manufacturer, assisting $400 Mn retailer with liquidity needs, serving as CFO for a $170 Mn service company, and testifying expert in a plan confirmation hearing for a plastics manufacturer.
Prior to starting The Numbers Group, Ms. Missal was a Director with Aurora Management Partners, and also served as a Principal for Bridge Associates, LLC. Prior to joining Bridge, Ms. Missal served as Principal for Newmarket Partners, LLC., where she provided services as Chief Restructuring Officer, worked as advisor on several sale engagements (both in and out of bankruptcy settings), acted as Receiver’s assistant on multiple engagements and performed forensic accounting and investigation services. Ms. Missal has experience with a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, distribution and software.
Prior to joining Newmarket Partners, Ms. Missal worked for four years as CFO with Yen Enterprises, Inc., a $40 million family of companies specializing in steel components and manufacturing. Ms. Missal was primarily responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial matters and bank relations and negotiations. She also developed and implemented a turn-around plan with vendors and lenders, allowing production of goods and company operations to continue for a period of nearly three years.
Ms. Missal is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, past chair of the NEON Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation [IWIRC] and a past Board member for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of TMA [Turnaround Management Association]. Ms. Missal received her Bachelor’s degree from Ashland University and her MBA from Cleveland State University.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.
