Mr. Clark is the President and CEO of GoNetspeed, a fiber optics network provider to residential and commercial locations operating in 9 states throughout the United States with a large concentration in the Northeast.  GoNetspeed is the result of 5 acquisitions in 2021 with the goal of becoming the largest independent builder of fiber optic networks for residential customers in the Northeast.  Mr. Clark’s 35-year career started at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then he has spent the last 27 years as executive management of companies in the technology, automotive, automotive aftermarket and telecommunications industries.  The majority of the companies Mr. Clark has led have been owned or backed by private equity.  He has raised in excess of 2 billion in capital and participated in over 25 buy and sell side transactions.   A number of those transactions were in the context of a troubled company and bankruptcy.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.

"Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors" is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
