Ken Mann, Senior Managing Director
Ken has been a partner with the firm since ’95, its leader since ’02, and has personally handled sales for hundreds of companies in a host of industries including metal fabrication, plastics manufacturing, food processing, furniture manufacturing, textiles, building products manufacturers, wholesale distribution, hotels, residential developments, and sports facilities, to name a few. Ken has been a speaker at Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Florida Bar, and Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference events, and has been an author for the American Bankruptcy Institute, ABL Advisor, and ABF Journal. He has testified countless times in bankruptcy courts, including as an expert on numerous occasions in the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Mississippi.
Prior to joining Equity Partners, Ken had a broad base of experience, including selling small initial public offerings as a licensed investment banker for a Wall Street firm; providing public relations services to major corporations and government agencies; serving as a VP of Sales for a travel company with multiple offices and 50 sales reps; and serving as an independent marketing consultant to 200 distributors and manufacturers and media outlets. Ken graduated with honors from Salisbury University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing Concentration. He passed the Series 7 (investment banking) licensing exam in 1989, is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education regarding the sale of real estate as well as hundreds of hours of continuing education regarding business bankruptcy matters through the American Bankruptcy Institute over 22 years of conference participation.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
