Since inception our firm has been engaged in a number of reorganization and liquidation cases providing services primarily related to our knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and its related provisions dealing with Title 11 of the United States Code and tax procedure.

I serve a 60/40 mix of distressed/solvent clients providing tax consulting, planning, compliance, and other related accounting services. I manage and prepare the tax and financial reporting work products related to a broad spectrum of accounting services required of successful companies, individuals, distressed debtors, trustee’s, and liquidating trust.

My services include, but are not limited to: tax opinions, tax protest, compliance with tax audits, pre-petition tax consulting; assisting debtors counsel with petition schedules, financial statements, monthly operating reports; investigate and respond to tax claims; tax refund claim discovery; assist counsel with disclosure statement and plan of reorganization, fresh start accounting; liquidating trust tax compliance; forensic accounting; civil litigation support.
