Timothy Dragelin is a senior managing director in FTI’s Corporate Finance practice. He has provided financial advisory services to debtors and creditors through in-court and out-of-court reorganizations for over 25 years. Mr. Dragelin has directed multiple engagements in turnarounds, valuation, due diligence, capital raises, sell side mandates, litigation consultation, and process improvement matters.
In his advisory roles, Mr. Dragelin has analyzed the treatment of creditors, the feasibility of plans of reorganization, the economic fairness of plans of reorganizations, and the valuation of claims and collateral. Furthermore, he has significant experience in the development of and assessing the achievability of financial projections. In addition, he has developed workout strategies and plans of reorganization. He has actively negotiated terms of financings between borrowers and lenders and investments by equity holders.
Mr. Dragelin has a broad range of industry experience including, but not limited to: real estate, financial services, technology, energy, retail, healthcare, construction, environmental services, government contracting, and manufacturing, among others.
Mr. Dragelin’s experience also includes having served in the capacity of controller and chief financial officer for a division of a Fortune 500 consumer finance company wherein he led the launch of several de novo operations.
Mr. Dragelin has been an expert witness in various matters in several venues related to accounting, forensic accounting, corporate structure, damages, construction, real estate, plan of reorganization feasibility, financial projections, Till, and valuation issues.
Mr. Dragelin is published author and frequent speaker on financial topics at various national conferences (e.g., NCBJ, IMN, NAHB, etc.) and a guest lecturer at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
