Maria J. DiConza is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice. She focuses her practice on complex financial restructuring transactions, including for municipalities, and Chapter 11 debtor representations, primarily for middle market companies. Maria has restructuring experience in numerous industries, including the municipal, manufacturing, for-profit education, healthcare, energy, and financial services sectors. She is currently representing the City of Hartford, Connecticut as restructuring counsel and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority and the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority in connection with their debt restructuring under PROMESA.
