Eric Danner has over 20 years experience in providing consulting and advisory services to publicly traded and privately held companies, helping clients in numerous industries.

Mr. Danner has worked in crisis management situations creating and implementing turnaround business plans and has acted as in chief restructuring office (CRO), chief financial officer (CFO), and chief operating officer (COO) roles in both out-of-court and bankruptcy contexts. He is also experienced in providing fiduciary services, including wind-down leadership, asset recovery litigation management, and creditor claims resolution.

Notable engagements include:

§CRO for a consumer products company, where he made profitability and liquidity improvements and negotiated forbearance with the senior secured lender.

§Interim CFO for a publicly traded $200 million training services company, where he reduced bank debt through the sale of various operating units and managed the company’s eventual out-of-court dissolution process.

§CRO for a wholesale brokerage and trading services organization, where he managed a restructuring of business operations and corporate activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

§Financial advisor to the debtor for Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, a publicly traded $8.5 million poultry company, where he was instrumental in the early stage stabilization of the Chapter 11 reorganization process.

§Financial advisor to the UCC for Arthur D. Little, a $400 million global consulting company, where he managed post-confirmation business operation, creditor claims resolution process and supervised the winding-down of more than 60 debtor entities across the globe.

Mr. Danner has earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) accreditations. He is a member of the board of directors of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
