Jay has been a California CPA since 1982 and became a CIRA in 1995.  Jay was Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2005, was admitted as a partner at Bachecki, Crom & Co in 1986 and was appointed managing partner in 1998.

Jay is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the California Receiver’s Forum, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum

Jay has extensive experience with closely held business valuations, forensic investigations, and bankruptcy taxation.  Jay has served as Examiner in Chapter 11 Cases and has been admitted as an expert in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento and Santa Rosa Bankruptcy Courts.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.

National Registry of CPE Sponsors

"Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors" is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org/.
