Principal

Robert Schechter is a principal of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman and a member of the ?rm’s Corporate, Commercial and Business Law Department. With concentrations in corporate compliance and organizational and ?nancial restructurings, Robert approaches client needs from a global business strategy perspective. His practice involves the representation of parties with both domestic and cross-border interests and investments, including parties subject to data privacy and cybersecurity requirements, as well as stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court business ?nance, corporate compliance and bankruptcy matters such as secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, debtors and sellers and purchasers of assets.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
