Eleanor guides international companies and their stakeholders in resolving their financial and operational challenges. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial restructuring arena and for the past 16 years has been based in the Cayman Islands where she has led complex financial restructurings and the insolvencies of offshore companies.

Recently, Eleanor acted as the joint provisional liquidator of offshore drilling contractor Ocean Rig UDW Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries overseeing the successful restructuring of debt obligations of $3.7bn making it the largest ever restructuring to take place in the Cayman Islands.  She has also acted as liquidator for many investment funds exposed to liquidity issues and fraud, realizing value for investors, as well as liquidator to regulated insurance companies.

Eleanor is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Cayman Islands qualified insolvency practitioner.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
