AIRA Journal Guidlines
AIRA Reserves the right to edit all artilces for content and style. All articles are reviewed by the Editor prior to publication
Article Length
- 1,000 - 2,000 words. There are space limitations; however, in each issue, at least one article may be published that is approximately 7,000 words. Articles of substantial length may be published in two or more parts.
Submitting Your Article
- Articles must be submitted in electronic format, preferably via e-mail. Documents may be saved as a Microsoft Word Document. E-mail the attached document to our newsletter editor, Peter Stenger, pete.stenger@gt.com

Submitting Photos
- Authors are encouraged to send a head shot of themselves.
- Color is preferred but black and white is acceptable.
- Digital format is preferred but a high quality, professional photo is acceptable.
- Minimum specifications for digital photos are: 300 dpi, and 2" x 2" (600 x 600 pixels).
- Minimum specifications for paper photos are: 4" x 4", but a 5"x7" is preferred.

Case Names
- Italicize names of cases. use italics for emphasis (do not use underlines or bolds)
Footnotes
- All case references should be in the footnotes using the Blue Book Form.
